‘My Big Fat Fabulous Life’ Reality Show Isn’t Real?
My Big Fat Fabulous Life is not the only show accused of fakery by TLC. Even Matt Roloff told his Little People, Big World fans to not get so worked up over the show. So, it sounds like some scenes are definitely staged and rehearsed. However, no matter how many times people watch, they get upset about fakery.
Remember when Whitney Way Thore had her long-distance relationship with the French tutor? Hardly anyone believed he was real,l and if he existed, he wasn’t in love with her. Fortunately, TLC dropped the storyline. Actually, a lot of viewers threatened to boycott the show if she persisted with Mr. No Face. Now, more allegations of fakery arrived.
Proof Of TLC Fakery?
On Reddit, My Big Fat Fabulous Life fans saw an OP post a screenshot from BuzzFeed, and the original gave more information about alleged fakery by TLC and Whitney Way Thore. In the screenshot, it said:
The TLC show My Big Fat Fabulous Life, filmed at the shoe store where my husband worked. He refused to sign a waiver (didn’t want to be on TV). and while he was working with his client, a producer told him he needed to be quiet while they filmed. He told him that they were at his place of employment, so they needed to quiet down while he was trying to work. They [allegedly] paid his coworker to ask [Whitney Thorne] (sic) out on a date. paid for the date, and offered to fly him to California to film additonal scenes for the show.
