1000-LB. SISTERS star Amy Slaton and her ex-husband, Michael Halterman, have settled their divorce, The U.S. Sun can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, Amy, 35, and Michael, 40, finalized their divorce on September 6, 2023.

Michael had originally filed for dissolution of marriage with children against Amy on March 13 and the exes had a long court battle spanning six months.
A memo left beside the court document read: “Marital settlement agreement is approved and incorporated by reference as if set forth verbatim and the parties are ordered to obey the terms thereof.”
Michael filed for divorce against Amy back in March, but the reality star filed domestic violence claims against her former partner in February – and those charges have since been dropped.
After a long battle over the custody of their two children, Gage, two, and Glenn, one, Michael and Amy are sharing split custody.
The presiding judge previously decided on March 22 that the court must enter a shared parenting schedule, which will allow Amy and Michael to maximize the amount of available parenting time.

Even before Amy finalized her divorce from Michael, she had already moved on with a new boyfriend.
The U.S. Sun previously reported Amy’s new love interest is a man named Tony from Battle Creek, Michigan.
They’ve been seeing each other for “about three months,” and according to a source close to the 1000-Lb. Sisters star, “it’s official.”
It appears in the wake of her divorce and custody battle with Michael, Amy has been hesitant to make the relationship public.
The source explained: “She’s been keeping [Tony] on the down low, but he’s been living with her in Kentucky.”
Before he moved to Kentucky, Amy would make frequent trips to spend time with him, the insider shared.
“From what I know, the kids live with them,” the insider continued.
As for the status of Amy and Tony’s relationship, the source claimed they are “going strong” and “spending lots of time with the kids.”
STAYING SILENT
Although Amy and Tony have been living together, Michael has been “staying quiet.”
According to an insider, the dad-of-two hasn’t voiced much of an opinion over Amy’s new love interest and him spending so much time with their kids.
The insider says Amy is entirely moved on from Michael.
“He’s pretty much out of the picture,” the source explained.

Most recently, Amy was in Atlanta, Georgia, to shoot some promotion footage for the upcoming Season Five.
Amy was spotted smoking and vaping at the same time outside of their hotel.
In the exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun, Amy stepped outside of her hotel to take a quick smoke break.
Tammy posted a TikTok of Amy’s two boys giggling and spinning around in roller chairs earlier that same morning on Tuesday, October 10.
A source claimed the video was taken from the hotel in Atlanta, which would confirm Amy brought her two children along with her on the work trip.
Amy appeared to leave her two boys behind as she stepped out to indulge in a cigarette.
She was wearing comfortable sweats and smoked a cigarette in one hand as she took drags from a vape in another.
According to the eyewitness, after about five minutes, she headed back inside the hotel.
