On her Instagram Stories on Friday, proud grandma-to-be Amber Johnston shared a huge update with her followers. She posted a photo of Liz Johnston at the doctor’s office. The mom-to-be wore black leggings, a loose white top, an opened button-down shirt, and sandals. She also pulled her long blonde locks into a ponytail. Amber added a stork emoji and wrote that it was “pre-op day.”

Because this was posted on Amber’s Instagram Stories, fans can’t publicly discuss the update. On Reddit, fans reposted this photo and chatted about when they think the baby will arrive. One fan commented, “My guess is within the week! She must be having a c section at exactly 37 weeks which is technically early full term.”
