As far as anyone knows, Meghan Crumpler is still working on her health goals. But in the meantime, she decided it was time to treat herself. She chose to get a tattoo with a lot of sentiment behind it.

Meghan celebrated her new tattoo by uploading a video to Instagram.
“One ink at a time… This is probably one of my favorite pieces. this was drawn up by the one and only Clara. My goddaughter aka TINA‘s daughter. she is beyond phenomenal & can do anything,” Meghan praised her goddaughter in the caption.
She attached a video showing the process. The tattoo artist appears to be working on the side of her leg. The art features a little girl blowing on a dandelion with a butterfly off to the side.
“When you combined her Amazing talent mixed with @quintonzanetattoos from @jollyrogertattoos .. I will one day have my sleeves I’ve wanted,” the TLC star continued. “I have been planning these for years.. just need to save up for the right tattoo artist. Now there’s nobody else I will go to. He’s not only amazing but he’s also super down the Earth and one of a kind.”

During 1000-Lb Best Friends Season 2, Tina and Meghan’s friendship reached a boiling point. Tina asked Meghan and her new husband Jon to move out of her home. Shortly after, social media posts revealed that never actually happened.
However, the living situation could have possibly changed over the past few months. Many fans think this will be a storyline if 1000-Lb Best Friends returns for Season 3. Even if Meghan did move out of Tina’s home, the women still seem incredibly close. Otherwise, the tattoo probably wouldn’t be there.
