According to inside sources that recently spoke to The Sun, it seems all isn’t happy and well with Amy and her husband. In fact, according to the insider, things got so bad that Amy Slaton has already moved out of the couple’s Kentucky home and is shacking up with Tammy instead.
As 1000-lb Sisters fans have seen, Tammy Slaton has been in rehab and focused on her weight loss. But, she seems to be back home in Kentucky now. And if this split allegation is to be believed, Tammy seems to have come home just in time to be there for her sister during this unexpected split.
More 1000-lb Sisters Details Emerge
The inside source alleges that Michael and Amy have been having “trouble” in their marriage since last year. Of course, they recently welcomed a baby boy into their family, Glenn. And if nothing else, having a new baby surely adds more stress to a situation – particularly if there is already stress to begin with.
Indeed, the insider went on to claim that, the way Amy sees it, Michael is “lazy” and “jealous” of the attention she gives their children. Along with that, the insider claims that Amy Slaton-Halterman plans to file for divorce from Michael. But, as of this writing, no divorce filing has been made just yet.
On the one hand, this could be a way to stir up drama with the new season of 1000-lb Sisters on the air. But, if what the insider claims is true, and these two are, in fact, headed for divorce, it’ll be interesting to see what the fallout from this situation could be – particularly with two young boys in the middle of it.
