Sister Wives fans’ hearts broke for Christine Brown as she had to relive the embarrassing comments Kody Brown made about not being attracted to her.
Christine Brown of Sister Wives recently revealed how embarrassing it was to learn that Kody Brown never found her attractive. The two TLC stars have had a toxic marriage for some time as Kody started ignoring his third wife to be closer to his fourth, Robyn Brown. Kody is currently hurting after the divorce, but fans don’t think it is an excuse to be mean.
Christine and Kody were married for 25 years, but their union started to unravel towards the end. Sister Wives fans could tell that there were some major issues within their marriage, especially after moving to Arizona. Shortly after the move, the COVID-19 pandemic forced a total shutdown of the polygamous family. With all his power, Kody decided to bring out a set of strict rules he expected his entire family to abide by. However, more than half his family went against his warnings, causing friction within the Brown family.
Kody Brown Was Never Attracted To Christine Brown
During an uncomfortable episode of Sister Wives, fans learned Kody was never physically attracted to Christine. While she admitted during the reunion tell-all that the comment was “super embarrassing,” she shared that it was also a huge weight lifted off her shoulders since the feeling was mutual. As Christine does, the mother of six turned a negative comment into a positive one as she shared it helped her to realize that she was done “fighting” for a relationship neither wanted. For Christine, the most heartbreaking part was realizing that everything she had sacrificed for the polygamous family had meant “nothing.”
Kody Brown Stands Alone
Kody has lost his Sister Wives at a rapid speed over the last year. Shortly after Christine left her plural marriage to Kody, it was revealed that Kody’s second wife, Janelle Brown, also followed suit. After almost 30 years, Janelle announced during the reunion that she and Kody have separated. The relationship had also started to disintegrate during the pandemic leaving Janelle no choice but to choose her children over her husband.
The biggest surprise for Sister Wives came when Meri Brown revealed this month that she and Kody had also called it quits after 32 years of marriage. Kody’s first wife has stuck by the patriarch through thick and thin, even when he made it so very clear he no longer wanted to be spiritually married to her. With just one wife, Robyn, left, fans feel he purposely drove the other three spouses away so Kody and Robyn could live monogamously. Fans have rallied behind Christine, Janelle, and Meri, letting them know that they have way more to offer the world than what Kody has ever told them.
