On the show, Karen talked about her pregnancies. She said, “We’ve had four sets of multiples back to back. I’ve been pregnant six times, and all of my children were naturally conceived.”

On an episode of Doubling Down With the Derricos, TLC provided viewers with this handy guide, revealing the kids’ names and ages. However, it’s no longer accurate. The kids are a couple of years older now. The family has since welcomed triplets Dawsyn, De’Aren, and Dyver, who arrived in July 2019.
Deon and Karen’s family might not be complete just yet. The couple recently shared that they haven’t made a final decision on whether they want to have another baby or two. Fans will have to wait and see what happens with that. Maybe fans will meet a new Derrico in the future.
