Kim Menzies has been accused of bribing Sojaboy Usman with expensive gifts on 90 Day Fiancé. The Nigerian singer though has his superfan’s back.
Usman Umar AKA Sojaboy was seen retreating to his room after Kim Menzies tried to woo him on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and is now revealing the real reason why he decided to do that. Nigerian man Usman has been trying to learn to trust again after being burned in his relationships too many times. As per Usman, his first wife Lisa Hamme tried to destroy his career, and his girlfriend after that Zara was not okay with his innumerable female fans. Although Usman never had any intention of falling for an American older woman after baby girl Lisa, Kim entered his life via DMs as a superfan.
But Usman is taking it slow with his potential girlfriend and didn’t even kiss Kim as everyone thought she was bribing the 90 Day Fiancé fan-favorite with a MacBook Pro and a PlayStation 5. Because of Usman’s track record, his team thought of it as a terrible idea for him to invite Kim to his filming location in Tanzania. And Kim, who wants to anyhow make Usman fall for her in the two weeks at hand, came bearing these costly gifts for her “King of Africa.” Not just that, Kim also booked a honeymoon suite for herself in the resort Usman and his USB crew would be staying at. And on the first night itself, San Diego resident Kim tried to woo him with the gifts that Usman kissed and smooched and went back to his friends leaving Kim upset without even saying a “good night.”
The most talked-about scene from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode 3 was discussed on Sunday’s Pillow Talk. A clip of the same was shared by Usman on his Instagram due to the comments made by his fellow cast members who had seemingly judged him for the way he behaved with Kim. “She might get laid tonight,” said Tim Malcolm, and Julia Trubkina yelled, “I want Kimbaaaaaly,” when Kim gave Usman his toys. But soon enough they realized Usman’s intentions and Julia made a “are you kidding me?” comment as Tim joked that he realized he’s a “cheap w****” for expecting an extra controller or pair of headphones to be thrown in with Veronica Rodriguez laughing, “she (Kim) would have been riding the Tim train all night long.” Their responses made Usman comment, “Hahaha Pillows Talk is lit 🔥” and “Their reactions is everything.”
However, Usman also made a little note about his lovely presents given by Kim. “Don’t forget,” wrote Sojaboy in his caption to his 217k plus followers. “It’s a gifts not bribe,” he added. “So yes I got my gifts and retire to my room bcus that was an agreement between us,” Usman further explained. He asked his fans and friends to not judge him and watch his 90 Day Fiancé storyline with Kim carefully to get where he was coming from.
With her rolling eyes, Kim had told the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days cameras that prior to their trip, Usman had insisted on booking separate rooms “because he wants to take things slow.” Kimberly had then proceeded to call him to her rooms to give him the gifts even though she expected him to stay over and had done romantic decorations as a hint. But Usman repeated that he’s not the “boyfriend yet” so it was “a bit too much.” He corrected Kim when she told him about his “side” of the bed and Kim got Usman the MacBook because he’d once told her that his broke. Although Sojaboy is often accused of being a scammer and tricking old American “cougars” it might not have been the case this around.
